Cindy Salopek, Registered Physiotherapist

Cindy Salopek
Registered Physiotherapist
Cindy is a Registered Physiotherapist with over two decades of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active. With a background in orthopedics and sports medicine, she works with a wide range of clients—from active individuals to competitive athletes—focused on meaningful, lasting results.
Her experience includes working with Harvard varsity athletes in track and field, as well as over a decade with the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team. These roles helped shape a balanced approach to care that blends performance, recovery,
and long-term health.
Cindy also places strong value on education and patient understanding. After her time with the Ski Team, she taught in the Nursing program at Seneca College’s King Campus, where she saw how knowledge improves engagement. When people understand their bodies, they feel more confident, more actively involved, and ultimately achieve better results.
A whole-body approach continues to guide her clinical practice, supported by ongoing training in areas such as visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, orthotic management, gait and running analysis, taping, bracing, and
compression therapy. Furthering education reflects her commitment to identifying and addressing the root cause of dysfunction. It allows her to take a more effective and efficient approach in helping clients work toward optimal
health.
Cindy leads the physiotherapy program at King West Wellness Centre, working collaboratively to support each patient’s health journey through hands-on, individualized care focused on long-term results and improved quality of life.
